Every summer we hope that all of our travelers can attend and complete their program. Unfortunately, circumstances can arise that could cause you to cancel or interrupt your program. We know how disappointing it is to be forced to cancel, or have an illness or injury interrupt your trip. To minimize the emotional and financial strain these situations can bring, we strongly recommend trip cancellation and interruption travel protection.
It is essential that every traveler has adequate medical insurance. Please check with your health insurer on the coverage your personal policy provides while traveling away from home, especially if traveling outside the country. In addition to many other benefits, the insurance packages we offer will cover your deductibles up to the covered amount. Please understand we cannot accept the responsibility of uninsured or underinsured trip members.
The available insurance plan is offered and administered by Travel Insured International (a Crum & Forster Co.). Below is a short summary of some of the plan’s benefits. Certain exclusions and limitations apply and are detailed in the Certificate/Policy.
Please note: To take advantage of Cancel For Any Reason* and to have the Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion waived, payment for the plan must be received with or before your final payment for your program. This policy may not be purchased after you have made final payment for your trip.
*Cancel For Any Reason is not available to residents of New York state
