CONNECTICUT I expected to have a lot of fun - not only did I have fun but I also enjoyed the community service work I was doing. My favorite project was working in Kids Kitchen. I felt the most rewarded hanging out with the kids. I cannot even describe how much this trip has changed me! I made so many friends and I have developed an attachment to people that I just met. I met a girl named Violet in Seldovia and within a couple of hours of meeting her, she told me I was her best friend. At Kids Kitchen I loved every second of this trip and thought it was perfect. Being on the Alaska trip has opened my eyes to how fortunate I am to live the way I do. Alaska is like a magical place, very different from all other places. It is the most eye opening, heartwarming trip I have ever attended.
I had so much fun at every place we went! This was the best summer of my life! It has been the experience of a lifetime. I will never forget the children of the Patronato Orphanage or any of the people on this trip.
After Daniel’s first trip, his rating was a 9. When we asked what it would take to make it a 10 he couldn't respond. It was a perfect three weeks because of the combination of the adventure, the counselors, and the kids. The second trip far exceeded Dan's expectations in terms of his connecting with the children in Costa Rica. The adventure portion was amazing. He was so excited about it that he wants his younger sister to look at it for next summer. Thank you for giving our son such memorable trips. Sharyn & Larry Kessler This was the best experience ever! La Carpio was my favorite because I felt that I made the biggest difference by constructing and giving beds to people who once slept on the floor. The trip was very well planned for teenagers including both sights and fun sports. Dan had a great experience and met very nice teens. I had the summer of a lifetime, with wonderful people from all over. The staff was incredible, we always had more than enough food, the sights & activities were great, and our Tour Director was amazing. Thanks for an amazing summer. Listening to all their wonderful stories and details of what Julie & David saw and did, we wish we were 15 and could join! Thank you once again, WCC. BETHEL I thought the trip was great!! The leaders and the kids combined with fun activities made it the best 3 weeks I ever had. Our daughter had a once in a lifetime experience, better than either one of us expected. Thanks for putting together a wonderful tour. CHESHIRE My tour director, Scott, was excellent. This was my second Westcoast Connection trip. Both were outstanding. COS COB Great experience, great people, involved staff who were flexible and concerned for the group. DANBURY This summer was so much fun! I met amazing people and learned so much. It went by so fast (time flies when you're having fun!) but I will definitely remember it forever. Melissa Michaelis Aaron had nothing but glowing reports about his head counselor. I have two older daughters who went on the same trip and my son’s experience has met every expectation and more. My girls are still excited about the experience and now he shares their sentiments. Thanks for making this memorable and exciting. DARIEN Madeline’s trip was awesome. She loved her counselors and said everything went great. We never worried because she always sounded happy—this is a parent’s dream! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Scott had a wonderful, fun and safe experience. Many thanks to all the dedicated counselors. EASTON The people you meet here are like camp friends that you will have forever but this is better than camp because you travel and sightsee. Our Director went out of his way to make us happy. Jessica Cohen Will had a wonderful time on the trip. He made a lot of close friends and he had very positive comments about the staff, the activities, and the whole trip! FAIRFIELD This trip was truly amazing. I met friends that I will have forever. This is my second trip with Westcoast Connection and this trip was amazing! My Director Andy was very funny and respectful towards everyone. He and the staff made the trip great! You created a trip with a talented group of staff and exceptional experiences in spectacular places. The tour director Jeremy was an inspiring and caring young man. The group was small enough to create an intimate group but with a variety of types of personalities. It was especially nice to have a mix of kid’s varied geographical backgrounds – all over the US and Canada. It was probably the crucial element. Even though Zach came alone, the leaders facilitated making friendships right away. The kids were kept busy with very high quality activities. Thank you so much for making this summer so special and memorable for Zach. This trip was completely awesome in every way. Sam was an absolutely exceptional Director & strong leader. I really had the summer of my life and would highly recommend this tour to anybody. GREENWICH The French Excursion was amazing, need I say more?! The leaders and the tour members are all incredible people - they made the summer as great as it was. This trip has made me more appreciative of what I have and also made me realize how many cool new people there are for me to meet outside of my hometown! Siena Park

Debbie & Mike Miron Dayle was an amazing and fun director. Charine had an amazing trip! Most importantly she wholeheartedly wants to thank John for everything he did. She felt that he went out of his way to do what ever it took to make the trip a success! NEW FAIRFIELD The itinerary was amazing, the nighttime options were fun, and the staff was incredible. Stephanie had a wonderful time and made many friends. It was a great learning and growing experience for her. NEW HAVEN Gavin was outstanding in handling the varied needs and wants of this group. Bravo to him and to his associates! Ruth & Harvey Koizim OLD GREENWICH Thank you very much for taking good care of our son, Eddy. We can tell that he had an excellent time. Thanks again. Jillian loved the trip and the kids. ORANGE Thank you for Hayley’s truly terrific experience. She has recounted so many memories already and shown us beautiful pictures. Through the service projects, she learned so much, and got to experience a side of Hawaii which most visitors don't see. She truly loved all aspects of the program from the camp to the numerous activities, and really appreciated the hula/cultural instruction. The staff did a superb job. Hayley speaks of you in glowing terms and all the fun you had. In this day and age it takes a true leap of faith to place your child on a plane and send her thousands of miles away from home. Thank you for taking the responsibility of living up to our trust seriously. From the reassuring phone call to inform us of a flight delay to the incredible photos we knew Hayley was going to be having a terrific experience in a safe manner. Many thanks again. Rebecca & Arthur Strichman Being on this trip has been so rewarding in so many ways. Between the new friends I made and new experiences I had doing service in Hawaii has made a great impact on my life. Hayley Strichman The counselors were amazing! Everything was unbelievable and totally exceeded everything I could have imagined. This was the greatest summer of my life. The counselors were the best I could have asked for. We must admit that we were hesitant to send Daniel on the trip, but now we are so happy that we did. He experienced so many things that he might never have had the chance of doing otherwise. He met people he will hopefully be friends with for life. This trip was part of the process to prepare for going off to college in a few years, both for us and for Daniel. We’re very excited for Daniel that he was able to have this experience at this time in his life and would highly recommend the tour. Our younger son is already excited about his chance to go on a tour in a few years. Thank you all. Thanks so much for celebrating Bryan's birthday. We thought that no one knew. We felt bad that we weren't with him and then we saw the pictures on the website!! We think this birthday will go down as his favorite out of all of them!!! RIDGEFIELD What a fabulous experience for Cam before starting High School! He arrived home with a relaxed, easy smile and generally upbeat and engaging disposition. We are delighted we actually heard lots more about his Costa Rica/Belize experience than, 'It was fine'. The combination of a multi-sport adventure, hanging out, and a bit of community service was perfect. He raved that Mandy was awesome, and it was great to receive periodic updates throughout the trip. Deidre & Tom McClain Thank you so much for the summer of a lifetime. It was an amazing three weeks that I wish never ended. Your staff was so much fun (Dave, Renee, Lauren, Dawn, and Mike). SOUTHBURY My counselors were the most incredible counselors. Each one personally made sure that we would all have an amazing summer. Having them as our staff allowed me to have the most amazing summer ever. Jim was an amazing tour director. SOUTHPORT Dan had a great summer! We really appreciated the personal touch both before and during the trip. STAMFORD 360° Student Travel managed to put together a perfect combination of community service and traveling. I've made friends and memories that will last a lifetime and the work I've done here has changed the way I look at the world. Alexa Petersen I met so many kind people, including the staff. We've all made a bond which will never fade away. The sights were amazing and you actually learn about them. Randi Braun Randi had a wonderful experience! Thank you to all the leaders. From surfing to the comedy club and the amusement parks…the trip was amazing and I definitely recommend Westcoast to anyone. Doug Kempner The summer was great. TRUMBULL I loved the program and made great friends. The staff was fun and exciting and the locations were awesome! The whole program was indescribable - a summer of a lifetime! The Major League Madness program was the best summer I've ever had. The food was great, the hotels were very nice, the counselors were awesome, and it was a great experience for any baseball fan. This trip was a fantastic experience; I would do it again in a second. WEATOGUE Best summer ever, it was so much fun. Alli was a great trip leader. Amanda’s experience was nothing short of phenomenal. What a tremendous opportunity your program provides for teens. WEST HARTFORD Alyson had a great time! I had an incredible summer thanks to the fun activities, sites, the awesome leaders, and friends I made. I would recommend it as it is to any of my friends. WESTON Adam is an amazing guy, fun, and a great tour director. I love Westcoast Connection! I had the best summer of my life! Jamie had a wonderful time, made wonderful friends, she did not want the trip to end. We thank you for organizing and managing such a great trip. She loved her counselors. We had high expectations. Nick had a fabulous time. Adam was a fun, charismatic tour director. I can’t think anyone else I would rather have leading this tour. Nigel had a fabulous time! I had a great time on California Extreme. Liz had a fabulous time and experience on her California Extreme adventure. She had tremendous personal growth and shared great stories of her adventure. Regan had a wonderful time on her teen tour. We were very excited to see her pictures and hear about her many adventures. The very best part is the great friends she made while on the tour. She has been to visit and we have had a few stay here with us in Connecticut. The girls are constantly in contact with each other. It was truly was a worthwhile experience. WESTPORT This was the best summer of my life! I had an amazing summer experience that I will never forget and I have made so many new friendships that will last a lifetime. It was a great trip and I loved the staff. I wish the tour never ended! It was a wonderful experience for our daughter Stephanie!! Thank You!!! Barcelona is a gorgeous city with beautiful architecture, beaches and parks. There's so much to do and it was the perfect place to spend my summer! Californian Extravaganza was a great trip, I had a blast! The great places that I saw and the fun people that I met made my summer awesome, I'm so glad I spent my summer with all the wonderful people at Westcoast. WCC continues to provide a summer full of memories & amazing experiences. This summer was amazing. I made great friends who I love so much and experienced incredible things! Olivia had the time of her life!!! I think it's easy for people to forget how lucky they are and this trip helped me grow and truly helped me to appreciate what I have. This program surpassed my expectations. I was nervous going into it but the leaders were funny, helpful and super nice. The balance between service and play was perfect--we worked hard and played hard and it kept our spirits up. This trip was amazing. My favorite project was Habitat for Humanity as our efforts translated into tangible progress. After this service program, my heart feels bigger & so does my family of friends. Lauren had a fabulous time and made friends that we know will last a lifetime.......thanks for the experience!!! My Director Joe was very enthusiastic and encouraging. Andrea was nice and very caring. Our guide Toby was extremely knowledgeable. This program has made me realize how grateful I should be for what I have at home. The community service that I did in South Africa was the most rewarding experience of my life. American Voyageur was amazing. The friends I made are awesome, the experiences were unforgettable. My experience doing Service in Hawaii has been amazing. The people were the best and the places were beautiful. It was the best summer I've had. Extremely smooth and organized! Definitely the best summer I have ever had. Ben had the best summer of his life (direct quote from him). He was very impressed with how well planned the trip was. Service in Hawaii was an amazing experience. Whether we were surfing the waves of Maui or working for the Christmas Wish Foundation we were having fun. Dersh the tour director is the most amazing person I have ever met. Dersh is the nicest, most hilarious, responsible, and likable person I have ever met. He’s so helpful and understanding. He relates to you like a best friend. Westcoast Connection fulfilled all desires of mine for the summer of 2006. Endless compliments go out to Dersh and the fellow staff members. WCC California and the Canyons was honestly a once in a lifetime experience. Sending Carly on this trip was the best experience we could have hoped for, both for her and us. Every aspect from planning the execution of the trip was handled smoothly, professionally, and with such positive enthusiasm. I highly recommend Westcoast Connection! Thanks Again! Best summer of my life. We were thrilled with the experience. Not only did Danielle have a great time, but the experiences she had were positive and enriching. This trip was really, really, really good! It was the best time, and I made lots of new friends. We were very pleased with the supervision! Teddi had an amazing trip! Jaclyn’s Director Mandy was responsive, caring, and totally on top of the trip. Jaclyn loved all the counselors and said they did an amazing job. This trip was a real hit for our son David. His first comment upon returning home: “Mom, I hate to tell you this, but you and Dad were right. This trip was awesome.” These words were music to our ears. We found the staff very helpful in selection & planning. Your mailings were informative and well designed. We’re very happy with the trip. I had a great time on this trip. Dersh was an amazing director. The 7 counselors I had on my trip were amazing, responsible, and fun. WILTON Westcoast runs an outstanding program in every single aspect. If Daniel were younger, we would send him on Westcoast tours every summer. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
